I haven't concentrated on my goals, I couldn't even eat properly for quite a few days, I felt so anxious and just generally yuck. This is very unlike me too, when I feel bad I'm usually face first into a bag of crisps but it just wasn't the case this time.
I've got my appetite back again now but just need to sort out what I'm eating, other than bagels and potato waffles :-/ I'm going to pull myself together and try to get sorted this weekend although it is hard to get the stuff I really want on a budget at the moment! Christmas stole my money!!
I did go for a run last Friday with my friend Sarah and I was really pleased. We did 3.4 miles in 40 mins. Not bad for the first time running in 4 months and we intend to keep it up. Although we can't tomorrow because of the snow! We're due sooooooooo much snow tonight and tomorrow and have had loads already. It was -8C last night!!! So cold, 2 pairs of socks just aren't enough!
So I will try and stay positive, take some nice piccies and eat some good food. Here's a picture I love to start off the positive vibes hehe :) Thanks to Sarah (a different Sarah!) at This Is What I Eat for reminding me.
Aww perfect pic to start the good vibes! I'm so sorry that you've been having problems with your landlord. I hate letting other people get to me and affect me like that but I have been in your position more times than I'd like to admit. Stay strong, you are awesome and I can't wait to see the beautiful meals you come up with after your shopping trip!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much :) I am feeling better again today too so looking forward to 'sorting' myself out. It definately helps to get lovely comments aswell :) x

Aimee
Hi Aimee, thank you that's very kind :) Your blog looks great, loads of lovely foodie pics! I will definitely be checking it out xx
DeleteLovely flowers Lana and bunnies are so sweet. I love the Elephant poster too. Also what is the best vegan bread that you would recommend ?
ReplyDeleteThank you :) I have found most breads to be vegan but always double check! I have noticed a lot of Sainsbury's own brand rolls have milk in them. I don't know which to recommend really as I usually get a different brand each time, depending whats on offer!! But it is good to know most are vegan, as are crumpets and muffins. Just make sure you read the label first :) x
